'We need a fun series of photos for our birthday. Go wild!' What a juicy brief. With a glass of beer on my desk, I started exploring possible concepts to brighten up the office the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX).

In the end, we went for an idea that would include as many AMS-IX employees as possible – as it is basically their birthday. Using the brand's colour as a simple backdrop, we put the people in the spotlight and made them do a toast. And what necessary for a proper toast? Right, a crowd to react to it. That's why a couple of hands raise their glasses towards every employee. Needless to say that already the photoshoots were already kind of a birthday party. Happy birthday AMS-IX.

Fun fact: not a single alcoholic beverage was used or consumed during the production.
